[Cutting Processing Example] A7075 (Aluminum Alloy) Fuel Pipe

A case that solved the problem of blades breaking! This is a sample part made for an exhibition using A7075 (aluminum alloy) as the material.

We would like to introduce a processing example of the sample virtual component "Fuel Pipe" by Dōmu Design Co., Ltd. To increase the amount of oil flowing inside the pipe, we have created three holes instead of just one. Normally, when attempting to process holes in a state where they are tangent to the originally existing holes, the cutting tool does not evenly transmit force to the workpiece, resulting in the tool breaking.
